given. There will be a meeting next week
for us to sit down together and discuss ways of improving our methods so we may
meet future financial goals.

Hello Linda,
I want to thank you for all your efforts in creating a
wonderful European vacation. Due to an unforeseen
complication at work, I will be unable to take the vacation we have been
planning for me. If you will so kind as
to cancel all plans and credit my account back for the deposit already given. Thank you for your time and attention in this
matter.
Sincerely,
